Contract Execution & Initiation
As controller, we process those personal data of our customers and suppliers which are necessary for the performance of the respective contract. Customer data and data provided to us by potential customers is also processed in order to provide regular information on new offers, technical developments, etc. The data is processed during the ongoing contractual relationship or the contract initiation. Provided that we are obliged to do so for legal reasons (tax retention requirement), processing is generally carried out for a period of seven years beyond this.
